U.S. judge bans sale of Samsung and smartphone

Success for Apple: A judge in the usa has banned the sale with the smartphone Samsung Galaxy Nexus - as soon as they had stopped 2 or 3 days now, the tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1.

The U.S. electronics giant Apple has to use patent dispute with Korean rival Samsung scored another partial victory in court. A U.S. federal judge on Friday issued an initial injunction, the Samsung could it be forbidden to sell its smartphone Galaxy Nexus.

It is a competitor towards the iPhone from Apple. A similar judge in San Jose ended up several days prior to a sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 pc tablet stopped by Samsung, which uses the Android operating system from Google. In order to proceed in the two caser the court will decide from the coming days.

Apple and Samsung are in smartphones and Tablet PC bitter rivals and sue for alleged patent violations in several countries.
Other industry leaders are fighting for customers from the fast-growing mobile market: Sun, Microsoft recently introduced a brand new Tablet PC. Google also would like to sell their own devices following the company to date about the software for tablets and smartphones concentrated.
